lllll
Hi All I have quite a lot of 3D blocks with incorrect insertion point (x, y, z). Very annoying when I bring them into drawings. I would like to change the insertion point for them but I don't know how. These blocks don't have a '2D base plan', so I don't know where to 'grab' to move to 0,0 or where to place my own insertion point. Hope I'm making some sense. CyberAngel
The brute force way to change the insertion point of a block is to edit it. Select everything, move the desired insertion point to (0,0,0), and save. Unfortunately (if you've already inserted it somewhere), this affects all existing instances of the same block. odachek
Can you draw a dot snap to an end point or midpoint?
