Combine vector line segements

I have a large collection of vector images done in an older cad program.

All the line segments are separate.

Is there a way to join all the segments so I can export to Illustrator and fill objects with colors so I can publish a catalog and plot vinyl.

Any thoughts on this are welcome.

If the line segments could be brought into AutoCAD you could use the PEdit command and "join" them. What older CAD program was used? What is the file type of the vector images?

The original program was casmate and visual cad.

I have copies of both programs.

They are both able to export as .dfx

These are designs for sand blasted glass doors and such.

I am able to cut and resize all the designs just fine.

They just dont present well to customers as a wireframe...

Dxfin will pull the files into an AutoCAD program.

You mention wireframe. Were these 3D drawings?

I refer to wire frame to mean a vector.

All my files are 2D vectors for graphics.
