Insertion point moving after using look up table

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong here or why this is happening, please see attached DB block.

When I use the look up table to specify a distance of a line I want the rest of the block to scale relative to this distannce. it works once or maybe twice but then the insertion point starts moving......

Any ideas?

The problem is that you are moving your arcs, but the base point of the scale action isn't moving, I'll try to work it over when I get a chance.

Thanks, I was of the opinion that the scale action would work from the centrepoint of the line as the Linear paramter is set to midpoint
