finding difference between profiles

So I have one profile that works right 95% of the time, i have another profile that works right about 30% of the time, so i obviously choose to run the one that works right more often. the problem making it not work 100% of the time isnt a problem on my other profile. Is there a way to check the differences between profiles to see what is different so i can find what needs to change to make it work right. I have at least 2 profiles to compare and at most 4 to compare for differences. (with 4 i think i could narrow down the differences that more 2 work right for the part im looking for and 2 dont) any help would be great.
