mrharris78
My first post. Here Goes! I frequently find myself putting together setting-out drawings for construction, Whether it is starting a fresh or modifying existing. I need a fast way of exporting the Eastings & Northings to an CSV,XLS or similar. I know this question has probably come up before many times and I have downloaded a few lisps in the past but I need to export the S.O.Ps with their ID in order, hence, for example; SOP.001 - E.234567.000 - N.112335.000 SOP.002 - E.244537.000 - N.132735.000 So when I select say 100 SOPs it exports them in chainage order (like above) starting at 001,A, or whatever it maybe. I am using autocad points at the minute, Should I be using be an attributed block? I suspect I will need a lisp routine? Any help advice would be greatly appreciated. Lee Mac
How are the points numbered with the SOP? I assume with just plain text?
mrharris78
At the minute, I just use AutoCAD points and label the point with Mtext something like “SP001” or “CH001” I would like export all of the points to a file in label order. Any ideas? H
