My impression is that in days gone by, VBA and Lisp programming was to make up for functionality missing in Autocad, correct me if I am wrong. Given that times have moved on, what sort of tasks are folk using programming within Autocad these days. I am looking for a project, currently studying Drafting, to learn and develop some skills in this area. In a work environment, what sort of tasks do people undertake with programming with Autocad.
