GCarr78
Okay, So I have a drawing that I have received from an civil engineer.... this drawing is oriented to the World UCS (surveying purposes I presume). As you can see (image attached), my ucs icon is aligned in the default location, the drawing is oriented as such, do you notice my cross hairs? They are aligned with the drawing not my ucs icon. My ucs is at their default settings... Anyone else run into this problem? is there a fix? I've tried aligning the ucs to the way I want it but it doesn't seem to work. ReMark
Can you change the angle of the crosshairs with the SNAPANG command?
alanjt
type: ucs or, as remark said, check your SNAPANG an set it back to 0.

Damn if I don't say that at the end of each and every day I work with AutoCAD. This website contains a plethora of information. So much so I think my head is going to explode!
