mdbdesign
Use this very handy macro: $(substr,$(getvar,dwgname),1,$(-,$(strlen,$(getvar,dwgname)),4)) Now next thing: is possible to read layout tab name with variation of above macro? MarcoW
Just a question... what does this macro do? And where do you apply it? For I only apply macro's to a button. Just curious...
mdbdesign
Use it to label dwg on every layout. Got template on each layout and million of them and use Lee program to manage layouts and when rename layout it is reflected on title box i.e.: Item 15 etc First layout is usually GA next ones is detail. First layout got file name (with Diesel macro) and next one item # or whatever with another Diesel macro.
