Povolio
So I'm getting ready for a competition and I've come across 2 problems. I can't seem to find the depth of the ACME thread and I'm unsure how to draw the part where it says R.20. Everything else I can do except those 2 parts. These are the 2 parts that I'm unable to finish. Monkey Wrench - 1.dwg Monkey Wrench - 2.dwg Thanks in advance!
JD Mather
I can't seem to find the depth of the ACME thread.... If you don't own a Machinery's Handbook - you should. Actually these days this type of information is usually readily available via the internet. depth = p/2 http://tinyurl.com/yf7kg2a The only R20 feature I see should be a trivially easy Presspull through the part! Circle R20 center line track vertical offset half width either side trim Presspull (actually don't even need to trim for press pull

I have one, it just says that depth is X/2. X is not given in this case and the angle is 29.
