firas87 Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 hi, im kind of new to autocad. i have my polyline in model space in 1:1 scale and need to plot it on an A4 sheet with a scale of 1:2000 H and 1:200 V, i.e i will need abt 7 sheets A4, so how it all goes, in addition i need dimensions not to change upon changing scale.10x 4 any help:). nukecad Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 You can't have a different H and V plot scale, AutoCAD wont do that. If you realy need to have different H & V scales then you will have to scale/stretch the profile in modelspace before plotting. I'm asked to plot the profile on an A4 paper using scale: H 1:2000 and V 1:200, so if you calculate you'll need abt 7 papers A4, and im stuck to this issue.
