muck
Is there a way to attach a rastor image to a cad file and to bind it to that file so when the picture file is move form its directory the image will remain in the drawing? Thank you,
ReMark
IMAGEATTACH is the command. Then you want to consider your Path options. Select the full (absolute) path, the relative path to the image file, or No Path, the name of the image file (the image file must be located in the same folder as the current drawing file). Cad64
You could always insert it as an OLE object using the INSERTOBJ command. See HERE for info and other options.
mvrcad
i do this allot, the best way is to take that picture, and if you can, reverse the colours, so black is white etc. this way when it comes in to autocad it blends in with the black screen. also send the draw order to the back so you can see any cad lines under it.
