Now to my next problem... I now have a lot of our product modelled and to help customers see what their getting I would like to put interactive 3d models on our web site. Ive used the built in publisher in the past to create pages, but would realy like to intergrate the models simply into our web site. So question is, is there a third party software that I could load the models into and then export them as Flash or other ?

Look at eDrawings through solidworks. Im not sure how you can integrate it into website but i send files to coworkers that way and you can create an html file as one of the choices.
