bwelker
Hello, I am using AutoCAD 2009 with AutoMap 2009 to map a network plotter. After I have selected the plotter and go into the properties, I Modify Standard Paper Sizes, then select Custom 1: 8.5 x 11 (portrait) and then click modify. I then get a Fatal Error Message: FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 58ac41d3h Does anyone know how to get rid of this error? The program and drivers have been uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Please Help. Thanks, Bryan
rkmcswain
The first thing I would check is to make sure you have WRITE access to the location of your PC3 and PMP files.
jlorge
I have the same problem. I am running 2009 on a Windows 7 64 bit system. Where can I find the option to WRITE access to the location of the PC3 and PMP files.

Where can I find the option to WRITE access to the location of the PC3 and PMP files. That is probably your company network security levels. Right click the file and or folder in windows explorer (My Computer) and read the security level you have in the file properties sheet, if your userid is read only then talk to your IT people. I have full access to all drives on our system. I think the next step is uninstalling and then reinstalling the software. Thanks
