herb6874
Our files are starting to become very big in size sometimes we have 15 to 20 Xrefs attached. It has been suggested to open every single xref, Wblock the whole entire drawing, open the the Wblock check it out and save as the original drawing for it was extracted from. Have you have experiences with this kind of problem. If you have use it, Is it worthty to try it? Or if you have any other idea, can you please help. RobDraw
While it is always a good idea to strip down your XREF files as much as possible. The XREFs don't add much to the size of the drawing referencing them. That is one of the good things about using them. They can be referenced from many places without eating up storage space.
