aztech
I'm working on a 3D model using shipping containers. The problem is that after stacking 25 there is too much "noise" in the model, due to the currogated sheet metal of the containers. How can I reduce some of the lines from the currogated sheet metal to make the model more visible?
kencaz
A screenshot would help... How are the panels made? swept solids, surfaces, mesh? Maybe reduce isolines in visual styles. KC
aztech
The structure has 4 walls and a ceiling made of shipping containers. The initial shipping container is from one of the free cad model sites. Not sure how the panels were made. I'll post a screenshot of the initial container if it will help. The visual style is 2D wireframe. Thanks
kencaz
Probably a block ref... Try exploding it twice. Should at least convert to 3d Face and look a little better. Don't know if it will react the same in 2007 though. Good Luck KC
