Coosbaylumber
I have not been back her since the change in formats of a few months ago. Esentially, the new format will not allow anyone here or will cut me off. But more to the main question... Back a few years ago, worked on a project, and of all things it got reactivated recently, and only Autocad copy was found on an older laptop computer, one in which the project files were done in some early version of Autocad. Have found documetation in original file that says this is the one, but am getting en error message right now. Problem is... Upon opening up any of the little or big files I get a error message near immediately that says the "maximum number of Users has been exceeded, please wait and try later". Now, our Autodesk retailer is no longer associated with them, and cannot be asked, as Autodesk used to sell a multi-user software even if it was installed on one single computer or twenty. You still got the feature. This feature causing problems for a few years ago, and I think there was a simple routine to replace some sort of a file in the Acad directory array with a differet one and then get going again as per normal. Question being, what was name of that file or what was the routine? Wm.
