Drawings with Multiple Floors on Model Space

Total beginner here. Usually I receive a file from an arhcitect that has a separate file for each floor. However this file is different, every floor and even elevations are shown in the model space.

This presents a challenge to me because what I usually do is zoom extents, save and then import the floor into another program I work with. But in this instance zoom extents shows the entire drawing and if I import it's going to import all the different floors.

I assume there is some way to "isolate" each view so that it exports/imports like an individual drawing but I do not know how. Any advice?

Thanks

You can select each floor - copy with base point (ctrl+shift+c), then paste in new file (ctrl+V) , or oposite - delete all other floors exept necessary (save original file before) and save with new name (1, 2, ... and so on floor)
