Architecture 2011 fatal error when switching between applications.

Im hoping you can help me. Around 2 months ago we, as an office, upgraded from Autocad Architecture 2009 to 2011. Ever since we have had substantial problems with fatal error code "Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0021 Exception at 7575a3h".

The crashes mainly seem to happen when switching between applications (especially outlook 2007). The whole office has these crashes atleast 4 or 5 times a day and everyone has different spec machines, all 32 bit.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I suspect this is the hardware issue. Do you mind to mention the highest computer spec that has problem?

If only 1 machine has problem, it may be the installation.

Thanks. We have numerous machines with this problem. The highest spec machine with the problem is roughly as follows:

Windows XP - All up to date.

Intel Quad core Q6600.

4Gb RAM

Nvidia Quadro FX 3700 Graphics
