nicolas
Hi, I wish to know what degree/level/state of animation can be done in Autocad for so far I have done none through I have a project requiring this feature : a roller shutter. Regards, Nicolas.
MarcoW
Hi Nicolas, I googled you some links: But these are animations in wich the objects itself do not move, only the camera point of view does. is more what you want I guess (last few seconds of the video -> watch the fountains). Seems there are options but to go "all the way" I think AutoCAD is not enough. With kind regards, MarcoW.
fuccaro
These days I would prefer to move the objects in AutoCAD while recording the screen. Years ago I used AutoLisp for animations.
nicolas
Hi, As a matter of fact, I was looking toward Simulation rather than Animation. It is more making the object moves within a set of programmed parameters. The goal is to make a simulation of a door opening and a shutter rolling upard/downward and revolving around its central axis. I am new to parametrics. Are there way to use parametric combined with dynamic blocks/autolisp to meet such ends? Are they autolisp or third party programs that can easily meet such goals? Regards, Nicolas.
