Perspective Resets to 1 On Save

When I do a rendering I set persepective to 1. Then when I'm ready to work in the drawing again I set it to 0 and do some more detailing. Then when I save the drawing it returns to perspective set to 1 and SHA is set to Realistic. Is there a way to avoid this irritating return setting issue.
