wht is attribite pls help me step by step and why we ru using att?

hy friends all is ok pls i want to know attribute pls help me and how can i use it and what is propose for using att. pls step by step guide in sample english

Most users attach "attributes" to blocks. An example. An architectural drawing of an office building where the desks have attributes that list the name of the person who sits there, their title and phone extension number. Attributes can be extracted into a table that resides within the drawing itself or within an external spreadsheet. Attributes give a drawing some intelligence.
