Stretch mass element in dynamic block

I am working in ACAD 2009, I want to create a dynamic block for signage acad 2009 stretch mass element in dynamic where I need to be able to stretch hatched object. Neither mass element nor hatch do not stretch with the dynamic block.

Please help I need to see the area in 2D (not just a line).

I think they may have fixed the stretching hatch in a dynamic block in 10 or 11. All I remember is it being a problem that supposedly is fixed, as I have no blocks to test it on , I couldn't tell you for sure.

I don't understand Mass Element. If it's 3d then Dynamic Blocks don't work for 3d. If it's a 2d rectangle that you want to stretch then the hatch should be associative.
