Rex Banner
made a view in model using the View manager, selecting model views, new, and created a view using a rectangle as my reference points. No problem until I rotate drawing by UCS and try to create another view. I draw a rectangle as my reference go through the same steps to create a view using View Manager, when it's time to define window, cad does not allow me to snap to the rectangle. The layer is not locked. It's as if the object does not exist. Any ides? Thanks
ReMark
Did you click inside this new viewport to make it active?
Rex Banner
I am creating the view in model space so that when I click in the viewport in layout I can restore the view to the named view I created in model. When I try to select the rectangle to ceate the view, I am unable to select any point on the rectangle. The rectangle seems to be locked and is not recognized by me trying to select endpoint, intersection, etc.
ReMark
The viewports you created back in model space are not selectable.
