BruceIMA
I just stated using AutoCAD 2006 this summer as an intern for an engineering department. The program has become pretty easy to use and I thought i was getting the hang of it. All of a sudden, when i draw a line, circle, or another shape, i can't see the input bar that floats at the end of the line. What im talking about is the small display that always sticks to the end of the object your drawing. It displays the angle the line is drawn at, you can see what measurement you're typing in. Does anyone know how to turn it back on?
nicolas
That's dynamic input. You must have turn it off accidentally. Use F12 to switch it on an off. Use tab to cycle among its input field and down arrow to display options depending on the commands used.
Tankman
F12 as nicolas stated and, might you have a DYN button bottom screen? Have never used '06.
