gilmiceli
When plotting on a HP750C plus plotter using AutoCad 2009, plots come out extremely light – almost unreadable. Is their a command in either of the two that might help?
ReMark
The first thing I would do is check your CTB or STB plot style file.
BIGAL
Like Remark if you have your pen style set to "none" plots will come out light. Also you can plot draft, normal or high quality, for plots I suggest use Normal. Are you plotting colour by layer or linetype ? Did you plot mono but use a color pen style this will do it also. SLW210
How does it look if you plot to pdf or another plotter?

BIGAL
Go to Start Printers & faxes and check the plotter configuration make sure its set to colour etc this will overide the Autocad settings.
gilmiceli
Thanes for the reply. When you say "Printers & fax - set to color". Where is that function located - AutoCad or some other place?
gilmiceli
Found what you where referring to - printers & fax's. The only choice I can find referring to "set to color" was under the tab of Properties for the plotter did I find anything about "Color". If this is what you meant, then the ploter is set to "Automatic"?
BIGAL
Same place printers & faxes do the test plot and see if that works ok Also post a sample dwg and your CTB here to test. it should just work ok.
