Error when creating drawing with content center parts

Ok, so for whatever reason every time I creat a base view of my assembly, some of my parts (tube from content center) increase in length. They only do this in the drawing and not the assembly. The parts themselves work fin the in the sub-assembly, but no the full one.

Attached is a screen shot. My company will not allow any attaching of files unfortunately.

As you can see the lengths are much too long, and going through other parts. When dimensioned the dimensions themselves come out fine.

I cant figure out, for the life of me, what the issue is.

I have created the parts as both a custom part, and a standard part with the content center.

Have you installed Service Pack1 and the two Hot Fixes? (you left out this critical information)
