IronHorse
I work in company wich produces bricks in different qualitys. I need to generate different colours for different qualitys. Plain colours like yellow (255.255.0) no problem to create. But if I need the same colour with f.ex speckles how do I accomplish that? Have tried a long time but whatever pattern I choose do not appear on modell or drawing. I do not want to use any image or bump map. Just simple colur with pattern. Bishop
Sorry, you'll need an image map and / or bump map. They're pretty quick and simple to create, you just need to spend some time with Photoshop or similar.
IronHorse
This is not the same question we just try to preserve the apperance With the material, it jumps back to general when we finished.
Lazer
I can only guess the jumping back to the original colour is because you are in an assembly. If select the colour to the part (.itp) then then in an assembly (.iam) select colour as part. This can be a little confusing at first but give it a go.
