MSasu
For the second issue, you may check Lee Mac's bounding box routine and use the returned coordinates to call ZOOM command with Window mode. Although I’m not sure what is wrong with the ZOOM --> Object solution; being a built-in mechanism should be faster then any custom approach. Tharwat
Check this out Frank , and just shot if you need any help (vla-GetBoundingBox (vlax-ename->vla-object ent) 'a 'b) (vla-ZoomCenter (vlax-get-acad-object) (vlax-3D-point (mapcar (function (lambda (q p) (/ (+ q p) 2.))) (vlax-safearray->list a) (vlax-safearray->list b)) ) 1.0 )

Lee Mac
(vla-getboundingbox obj 'a 'b) (vla-zoomwindow (vlax-get-acad-object) a b) Where obj is a VLA-Object.
