Rewind23 Posted January 13, 2013 Share Posted January 13, 2013 Hi, I've been using the software for couple of months now (SW2010)...And everything just run smooth and fine..My question is How can I create a 2D drawing of Helical Gear?I've been creating 2D drawings for Spur Gear and everything works fine to me. The problem is when I create 2D drawing and model the view(FRONT) of the Helical Gear in the drawing template, when I create section view(RH view), SW will just cut the Helical Gear view with unwanted section view. Is there a right way to do it?Like settings? I don't use the PC right now that has my SW installed so I can't show any photos of what I'm trying to illustrate. If anyone can direct me to right path on How to create 2D presentation of Helical Gear that would be great.
