notview Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Anybody can help make a lisp routine that automatically trim the xlines, lines, or polylines passing the closed polyline (or circle, ellipse, polygon). I'm designing a scheme for subdivision having a numbers of Xlines, lines or polyline passing on a Block (closed polyline/polygon). I want it on once, all the said objects trim whether outside or inside the object. There must be an option of Outer or Inner. If I select Outer, all the objects passed outside the closed polyline/polygon (as cutting edge) will be trim and all the objects inside this closed polyline remained. Else, If I select Inner, all the objects passed inside will be trimmed/delete and all object passed outside will be remained. Thank you for help!! Quote

notview Posted March 14, 2013 Author Posted March 14, 2013 Using EXTRIM you can only select one object at a time. If there is anybody who can make as what I ask above, I really appreciate it. Thanx! Quote
iDeeW Posted September 4, 2013 Posted September 4, 2013 can EXTRIM could be used to remove any object(eg:text, block,...)? Quote
BIGAL Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 Try "Cookie cutter".lsp it does a real chomp of objects search here or goggle for a new version. It trims blocks etc Quote
