JD Mather Posted May 11, 2013 Share Posted May 11, 2013 The Sheet Metal Style > Thickness, doesn't match the actual part thickness. One is set to .12 and the other to .125 Correct this thickness issue. Delete the existing flat pattern and recreate (best to select curved face before selecting Flat Pattern).
