This is a collection of tools and content supporting regional and/or industry specific workflows that can be downloaded and installed by Civil 3D subscription customers to help you address targeted workflows. The key word here is "Subscription". If you did not sign up and pay for a Subscription then the Productivity Tools will not be available to you. May be SUNPOWER wanna pay the AutoCAD® Civil 3D® licence for tthe main program... .. suppose they will can find the Subscription bottom .. and i imrpove my skills in c3d when they pay me....
