milesfrankland
Hi, When Ive needed to fill a corner gap I have used a Linear Weld relief shape. This has worked as all the angles have been the same but I have come across a problem today trying to create a linear weld on the corners of two seperate flanges at different angles. I am using a 3mm thick material which minimum bend radius is thickness * 2 (6mm) so I get a nasty hole in the corner. The two sides are 80° and the top flange is 45°. JD Mather
I found your dimensions rather confusing, but maybe this will help. Door Handle_jd.ipt
