Previous settings in options go away when reopen AutoCAD Mechanical 2014.

I changed profile to vanilla and changed right-click customization in user preferences. When I open AutoCAD again my settings from previous session has gone. It is not a problem with AutoCAD 2013. What I do wrong?

Your desktop shortcut is probably set to call the Mech profile. Open AutoCAD, set it how you like, export the profile name. Now create a new shortcut and edit the properties to use your new profile.
