Selection Window - Pick, Pan, Pick to select all?

Hi all,

I know this has probably been asked but I don't know what you'd call it.

When I start making a selection window, and then pan mid-selection, it the selection window only selects what is in the view on the last click. How do I make the selection window include everything from the first click to the last, even after I pan?

Using AutoCAD 2014.

Bug? Geez. Seems to me like this should be a preference?
You can get it to keep your selection by selecting before you enter the command. Set the variables pickfirst to 1, and pickadd to 1. It is only when running the command before doing the selections that the dropping off occurs.

It doesn't work that way here with 2014, what is selected and panned off the screen is dropped.
