dsibbo
Anyone used this plotter before? I'm looking at a new one for our office and we are considering this. http://h10088.www1.hp.com/cda/gap/display/main/index.jsp?zn=gap&cp=20000-13698-16013-15259-29973^378138_4041_100__&jumpid=va_R10931_go/designjetT2500 Looking at something to do the A0, A1 and A2 prints as well as scan large scale drawings. Thoughts and opinions welcome.
BIGAL
Well its a HP so your 99.9999999999999% confident it will work all the time. Our old HP plotter still works ok but the rubber band broke a while back and service tech advised the part may not be available in future. So build in a life expectancy and a maintenance contract. SLW210
I use the HP T2300 EMFP predecessor to HP T2500 EMFP. It scans and copies very good, our older blueprints and ancient hand drawings are actually better than the originals. They come with like half-size ink so order the regular size along with it. BIGAL, we were told the same by the tech on one of our old HP plotters that broke a band, took me 10 minutes on the HP site to find they had thousands in stock. An old ploy to sell new plotters.
