Rotating text in a dynamic block

I have a north arrow dynamic block that I would like to rotate but have the text still be readable.

Is there any way to rotate all and have the text stay facing up without having to rotate each word by itself? (rotate clockwise but instead of the text facing sideways, it would face up). Maybe more of a spin sort of action? I tried flip but that didnt work.
