mattador04
I am trying to make an .idw of a part, which is basically a ring. Once again, I have a revolved profile. I want for the base view in the .idw to be a section view of the ring, showing only the ONE SIDE. I want to be able to place diametrical dimensions which refer to the IMAGINARY CENTERLINE. What is the best way to accomplish this?? I believe I should draw the section line through just the one side, rather than the whole part, (will it let me do that?) and then try and delete that first base view (after somehow breaking the assosciativity), or move it off page....... INPUT AND/OR SUGGESTIONS PLEASE
