Fies attached for info, I am trying to copy from layout to survey [ATTACH]49648[/ATTACH][ATTACH]49649[/ATTACH] I downloaded both your drawings and using AutoCAD 2014 and 2015 I was able to copy from Layout-1 to Survey-1 with no problem. If there are 100 topics about copy/paste issues, that still wouldn't necessarily make it a "common" problem among all forum users, much less the millions of AutoCAD users that likely have never experienced any such issue. On top of that, there is not just one type of copy/paste problem, which is why I requested something more specific than just a general "trouble copying details from one dwg to another" Like ReMark, I had no apparent issue with copy/paste in the supplied drawings, but then again perhaps I'm missing something since I don't really know what I'm looking for. What is the nature of the problem: Nothing copies/pastes Some things don't copy/paste Copy/paste works, but results are not as expected Copy/paste seems to work, but objects are not visible or do not appear where expected etc etc Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
