blowther
Is there a way to do this? As far as I can tell you need Express Tools to do so with any ease, but I'm using LT so this is not an option. I have tried the WMFOUT > WMFIN technique, but this just imports a block, which when exploded leaves me with simple editable text again. Currently I'm tracing text with polylines to achieve what I want but this is proving to be far too time consuming! Any help would be most appreciated!! MSasu
There is a small trick that will do the job: set the MIRRTEXT system variable to 1, mirror the labels by a vertical axis and do the WMFOUT --> WMFIN procedure again on the mirrored copies. Since such labels were not supported in WMF format, AutoCAD will export them as curves. For sure, after import, will need to mirror them back.
