FIFTHTEXAS Posted August 7, 2014 Share Posted August 7, 2014 i have been issued a set of drawings to modify, but the building in model space is at angle with all text etc what is best method of settiing up a viewport in paper space so the building plan is rotated to 90 degrees everything aligned. i tried VPROTATEASSOC but could not get it to work can anyone advise. Glen1980 Posted August 7, 2014 Share Posted August 7, 2014 ReMark is right as always, but if you needed to rotate it in model space (I know you asked for viewports) you can set up a UCS to match the view you want, if there isn't already one, then use the PLAN command to rotate the model space to the current UCS.
