Icons not appearing in tool bars for leaders etc???

The icons for my leaders that were transferred froma nother work colleagues computer only come up with a cloud with a question mark inside, any advice would be great on how to reference these

Could it be a case of that the image files are missing?

The images are saved in a different location to the tools themselves.

Is it on a Ribbon Panel? Or a Tool Palette? They each have slightly different locations.

Instead of copying files we have always pointed our customisation to the network server, this way everything is always synced.

However, if that is not an option for you, then you could try doing a search for "*.png" on your colleague's AutoCAD/Support path to find where images are stored, then copy and paste them into your machine's same path.
