change block's scale factor for equal scale

I am having two block in my drawing.

Name of blocks are same but scale factor is different for both. I have to make scale factor for both is same. I tried in dynamic editor but unsuccessful.

my problem is I am getting from my programmer in dxf format.

In his program block is created by same name. so my work is to put dxf in my dwg.

for pipe layout he has created manholes with same block with different scale factor.

my superior want all manholes with same scale factor. and it is not possible to count which is not at same scale. block are in thousand.

please help me to resolve my problem.

Can you post a sample drawing with both blocks in it. Showing which one is at the correct scale and which one needs changing.

Select one of the blocks. Right click and select similar. Set desired scale(s) in properties box.

You might have to adjust the Settings option of Select Similar to only select the blocks you want.

or Qselect is another option.
