As I have said >>>Here , I can't reproduce this behavior running the code, but I did only test in AC2010 (is the only AC I have is this old laptop...), and I did noticed you are on AC2015, you may try to change the cmdactive test, from 0 to 1 (ordinary command is active), and see if it works as expected...
