halam
How can this function be loaded in. Can this be done without Visual studio interface? I am not a well known user of .net but this kind of routine is what I was searching for some time. A good lisp variant I did not find yet Thanks anyway http://through-the-interface.typepad.com/through_the_interface/2015/07/replacing-autocad-blocks-with-xrefs-using-net.html

BlackBox
Still intresred in how To apply codes from 'through the interface' in autocad.... The blog does not explain it. Kean frequently provides .NET code samples (C# mostly) - .NET source code must be compiled using an IDE such as Visual Studio, before it can be loaded into AutoCAD as a plug-in. More information in this old thread (some things have changed), regarding getting started with .NET API for AutoCAD products (lots more resources out there as well!); feel free to post any questions, once you've obtained the prerequisites (i.e., Visual Studio, ObjectARX SDK, AutoCAD .NET Wizard, etc.) Cheers
