Murphy625
Some more strange behavior just started. Throughout the progress of my drawing, a simple rendercrop command shows me whatever area I select fairly reliably.. But as of late, I have to do a regen3 in order to get a successful render.. Sometimes autocad will even pop up a window that says there is nothing to render.. A normal regen command won't fix it.. it has to be a regen3 command. So now, every time I change anything in the drawing, I have to do the regen3 to get it to operate correctly. What's going on?
ReMark
The REGEN3 command regenerates the current 3D viewport. And from the website of JTBWorld comes this.... REGEN has no function in 3D so if you really need to regen use the undocumented REGEN3 command.
SLW210
This is probably to do with your graphics card that it needs done so often. Do you have all the service packs and updates/hotfixes installed for AutoCAD 2012? http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/downloads?release=2012
