I explained details on below and any help is appreciated even if its tiny bit. Thanks Below is the picture of the network; http://postimg.org/image/r9srjn32n/ The green line is my main pipe and blue ones are network pipes. The red lines are hydrant points. What I want is to check whether my network drawing meet below conditions or not. And for those points which do not meet below conditions the algorithm to dye white on those network pipes.
