Tyke Posted January 29, 2016 Share Posted January 29, 2016 Does a drawing have a unique identifier, something like an object has a handle? Or can a drawing be given a unique identifier. I can extract data to an external file, but when I reimport the data I need to know that it belongs to the same drawing. The drawing name can change, so that cannot be relied upon. Objects can be erased, but I can deal with that. I need to know the drawing is the source of the data. Any ideas? Ben Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
