Default Penn Foster Civil Plate 1 Help

So I have all my contour lines in but am having trouble with the existing roadway Cedar Park Drive.

    The directions state:
"its at the bottom of a hillside. The centerline radius of Cedar Park Drive is 7115.37', and the center point is at located at 528257.05,47668.89."

They do not give a bearing or angle for the road which is really throwing me for a loop here.

This project has been the subject of a number of different threads. I'm pretty sure the answer you seek is contained within one or more of them. Have you looked at any of the similar threads in this forum?
