muzicman82
I can't figure this out.... I've been in AutoCAD 2016 for 2 hours now. I've use Copy and Copy w/ Base Point regularly. All of a sudden, I copy a bunch of objects, and ALL of the OTHER objects that were not selected turn a odd dark maroon color when I hit CTRL-C. The objects I have copied are still white. The rest of the objects don't return to their original color when I paste, and no layer is set to this odd color. Any object turns white when selected, but non-selected is this color. If I close the document and re-open it, they go back to their normal color. Any ideas?
SLW210
Graphics Card or driver? Any recent changes or updates? What are your computer specifications? Occasionally happens to me with large files, usually happens in paper space.
muzicman82
Using a Dell Precision 7710 laptop with 16GB RAM and a NVIDIA Quadro M5000M w/8GB RAM. Everything else is fine and it isn't slow or anything.
SLW210
Are you doing any 3D work, that's when it seems to happen to me? I never found the culprit, I just restart AutoCAD and go on. Can you post some screen shots? If it happens in a particular file, try posting it. Are the drivers up to date?
muzicman82
Nope, no 3D. Drivers are up to date. I attached two screenshots.
